Terms of service

  • Please provide clear reference picture (E.g Character sheet, Pose, expression)

  • Final product will be sent out as PNG

  • All price are USD and payed through PayPal

  • Payment should be fullfiled at the beginning if you didn't complete the payment it'll be automatically cancelled.

  • No refunds will be issued once the commission has been completed or has reached the halfway point.

  • Refunds are only available if I have not yet started working on your commission if the estimated turnaround time (TAT) has been exceeded.

  • An additional payment may added for some details.

  • You will be charged per character

  • Commercial commissions (Streaming) will have an additional charge of 50% from final price.

  • Commercial commissions (Merchandise,print) will have an additional charge double from final price.

  • No hard Deadlines, but i will keep you updated. Usually it's took 2 to 4 weeks to finish depend on the difficulty and waiting list

  • 3x free minor revision before/after sketch

  • Changes are not available after the final result is approved

Process

  • Dm me through twitter/discord.

  • Provide commission details.

  • Payment (Invoice and payment must be done in full via PayPal)

  • Rough sketch will be sent via dm.

  • Wait for Approval or any revision

  • Rendering and finalizing.

  • Files will be sent out as PNG via Google Drive or E-mail.
